I was inspired by the golden hum of honeybees and the steady energy of summer at Ventnor Botanic Gardens. I've designed this restorative session to help you recharge and rebalance. Hed at the beautiful Ventnor Botanic Gardens - in the studio with the doors open to nature.
My Fringe Frequencies Series
Returning to Ventnor Fringe for my 4th year, I am so excited to offer 4 mid-morning sessions held beneath canvas in the park. In each session, I have taken elements of Ventnor's natural rhythm to inspire each uniquely designed session.
My Sonic Landscapes of Ventnor
Discover curated frequencies I have drawn directly from the coastline and shifting elements of the island. I have limited spaces underneath the Workshop Tent at Fringe Village, and I welcome you all to experience this grounding ritual with me.
Join me for daily sessions from 10:45 to 11:45. Please book in advance via the Ventnor Fringe website to secure your mat space.
