Join me at the beautiful Botanic Gardens this July for a Gong & Sound Bath inspired by the golden hum and rhythmic buzz of Honey Bees 🐝and the steady energy of summer, this restorative session is designed to help you slow down, recharge, and rebalance. You'll experience the enriching power of Symphonic Gongs, Singing & Crystal Bowls and Chimes to deeply relax.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.
