By booking and paying for a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

Private Appointments

Appointments are booked for the named individual(s) and are not transferable without prior agreement.

Private appointments require a minimum of 72 hours' notice for cancellation. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before your appointment may be refunded, less an administration and booking fee. Cancellations within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

Public Sound Bath Bookings

Tickets for public Sound Bath sessions are non-refundable. If unforeseen circumstances mean you can no longer attend, please email me at least 48 hours before the event. Where possible, I will do my best to transfer your booking to another session, subject to availability and a small administration fee. Unfortunately, I’m unable to offer transfers or amendments within 48 hours of the event.

Payment by Invoice

Where payment is made by invoice, payment is due within 72 hours of the Sound Therapy service being provided.

Health Information

Following your booking, you'll receive a short health questionnaire together with details of anything you'll need to bring to your session. Please complete the questionnaire before your appointment, including details of any injuries, recent surgery, pregnancy or medical conditions. If you have any concerns about your suitability for Sound Therapy, please seek advice from your GP or healthcare professional before attending.

Personal Belongings

Echo Me Sound Therapy cannot accept responsibility for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.
