Welcome to the May Echo Me Sound Therapy Monthly Newsletter.
No prizes for guessing where I've been in April!!! If you look hard enough to the right, on the Hudson, you can just about make out the Statue of Liberty. This was taken at the very top of The Empire State Building. It has always been a dream of mine to visit and it did not disappoint. NY was a whirlwind and we walked for miles. It was a joy to soak it all in and reconnect with my other half.
(PS: My jacket here is from @wardrobeofweirdness who procure and sell loads of amazing vintage clothes. Ventnor based and super sustainable!!!)
I also celebrated my best friend's 50th on the mainland. We've been friends for 36 years and I appreciate having her in my life so much.

Having taken some time out in April, I did facilitate Sound Baths for a couple of Private Groups just after my Trip. The gorgeous Balance + Glo Find Your Flow Retreat at Kings Hill Barn was a beautiful energy and an amazing venue.
A post-Hen Night Sound Bath for a group of Hens at Tiny Homes was the following day as part of a curated Hen Weekend by WyldeSistas. It was a full house and everyone was grateful for the relaxing sounds after a night of partying!
I also offered 121 Sound & Voice Analysis to two friends who I had been recommended to by an existing client. They both described how much support they get from each other in their friendship circle.
So much GORGEOUS female energy; an absolute joy to be around.

From May, I am continuing to offer Appointments for 121 Sessions. This could be to focus on a specific area of concern or for general wellbeing and energetic balance. I use an amazing Voice Analysis Program to ensure that all work is tailored to you and your body. I can show you your voice!!! I have a beautiful Treatment Space with Sea Views at my home and would love to welcome you there. I can also travel to you*. I offer a Block Booking discount when 4 sessions are booked together.
One of the many things I love about the Sound Therapy Practice is that, for the Client, it is a passive experience; apart from a small voice recording, you don’t have to do anything! The Sound and your Body will do the work for you.

I have attended both group and private Echo Me Sound sessions. Both of which I 100% recommend. I booked a private session for two couples ….. and everyone absolutely loved it.
