ONE TO ONE SOUND THERAPY:

INITIAL CONSULTATION & FOLLOW UP

One to One Sound Therapy is designed based on your individual requirements. During this Initial Consultation, we establish any concerns that you would like to address as well as outcomes desired. Using Voice analysis tools, a framework of sessions is established which can be flexed as your needs require. We will work with all – or some – of the following instruments: Singing Bowls, Drum, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Chimes, and Voice to balance and re-tune the body’s natural vibrations on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

As we progress through our work together, each Follow Up Session will be reviewed against our initial framework to allow for flexibility and agility to respond to your needs. We will work with all – or some – of the following instruments: Singing Bowls, Drum, Crystal Bowls, Gong, Chimes, and Voice to balance and re-tune the body’s natural vibrations on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

ONE TO ONE SOUND FREQUENCY RE-BALANCING:
INITIAL CONSULTATION & FOLLOW UP

One to One Frequency Re-balancing is a therapeutic process which works with your body's unique frequencies. During this Initial Consultation, we establish any emotional and physical concerns that you would like to address as well as outcomes desired. Using a Bespoke Voice Analysis Tool called BioTuner, in conjunction with your Client Information Form, I will calculate your personal Frequencies in order to allow your Body & mind to re-balance itself. We will test these and establish which ones work best for your Body. You'll listen to the tones daily for several weeks and can easily be part of your daily routine.

PRIVATE SOUND BATHS

Private Sound Baths can be tailored to your own specific needs or concerns. I offer 2 levels of Sound Bath Packages: Tailored and Elevated which, for Private Clients, includes personal Voice analysis before the session. Perfect for individuals, couples and groups. Perhaps a Celebration activity with a difference!

I can currently provide these for up to 2 people in my Treatment space at home, which is fully COVID compliant or I am able to travel to local locations if found/booked by the Client.

Sound Baths provide a space for deep relaxation, insight and healing. Allow yourself to be nourished and nurtured by healing sound and vibration.

PRIVATE GROUP SOUND BATHS

Gather your friends, family or tribe for a Private Sound Bath! I will design a Sound Journey based on your group's personal intention and requirements, in a location of your choice, on the Isle of Wight. (I can help with some suggestions!)

Echo Me Sound Therapy is available for Post-Yoga Sound Baths, Sound-Accompanied Nidra and Retreat Sound Baths across the Isle of Wight. I work regularly with Island Yoga Teachers as well as visitors holding Retreats here on our beautiful Island.

I use Gongs, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, Koshi Chimes & Rainstick to create bespoke Sound Journeys.

All of my Sound Baths are researched and approached in a scientific way to ensure that your Clients have the ultimate nourishing experience which aligns to your set intention.

I'm currently available both Weekdays and Weekends / Day & Evening.

By Paying for and booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Appointments booked for a particular session are not transferable and are for the person or persons named at the time of the booking. They cannot be transferred to a third party without prior agreement. It is your responsibility to attend the session paid for.

Please note the Cancellation Policy of 48 hours' notice. All late cancellations are automatically charged at 50%. If you are unwell or cannot make a an appointment that you have booked onto for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can give the space to someone else. Thank you for understanding.

Upon booking, an email will be sent to you detailing any exceptions for therapeutic practise and a short questionnaire to complete. It will also advise on item that you will need to bring with you to the session. Please complete the questionnaire provided before any appointment detailing any injuries, operations, if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions so that they can give appropriate modifications. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please check with your doctor or medical professional before attending any Sound Therapy Practise sessions.
