Welcome to the August & September Echo Me Sound Therapy Newsletter. I've decided to make this a Bi-Monthly Newsletter so that there's a bit more to share with you all. As I've reflected on what's been going on since my last comms, I realised that there have been a number of 'firsts' so that's ow I've broken it down in this newsletter. Hope you enjoy x.
First #1: Forest Sound Bath! I was fortunate enough to be invited to be part of the wonderful Isle Heal Fayre (@islehealfayre) at Haylands Farm. There were so many wonderful therapists and offerings on the day. I absolutely LOVED delivering my first outdoor Sound Bath! Set in a Forest area on the Farm, this was a beautiful experience. I'll be joining Isle Heal again at Ventnor Botanic Gardens on Sunday 24th September where I will be offering 20 Min Sound Massage Tasters throughout the day! First #2: Being Part of Ventnor Fringe!
It was a dream come true to be part of The Ventnor Fringe .this year. I had my heart set on it since last year's Fringe and I'm so grateful it came to fruition.
This was the first time the Festival had offered a Sound Bath as part of the program and I'm so grateful that both sessions sold out way before the start of the event!
As you can see from the pic, the pink tent gave the most amazing red hue to the light. The acoustics were beautiful and, on day 2 when it was raining, the noise of the rain just added another dimension to the ambience. My thanks goes to everyone who joined me on both days and to all of the Team at the Ventnor Exchange and Volunteers who helped make the festival happen. I'm hoping I get to do it all again next year. Here are some snaps from the 2 days and some gorgeous feedback from one of the Bathers:
First #3: Private GROUP Sound Bath A lovely local Client got in touch to ask if I would facilitate a Sound Bath for her and a large group of friends last week. she took care of the Venue Hire and found a lovely space in St. Lawrence. It was a really special session and the energy was spine tingling! If you would like to organise something, message me to find out more. First #4: My Assistant left school! Well, Primary School... Some of you may have met my VERY helpful Assistant (my son!) at my Ventnor Botanic Gardens and Fringe Sound Baths. He had his last day at Niton School in July and took part in the traditional run-into-the-sea-in-your-uniform at Ventnor Beach. It feels like 5 minutes ago that he was starting at Nursery!!! I'm so proud of everything he's achieved and navigating the transition to Island Life. Have you had any new experiences so far this Summer?
