Therapeutic relaxing Sound Bath with Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls & Koshi Bells.

Please ensure you are in a space that is quiet and comfortable as possible for you to lie down. Having a device with which you can use headphones would be ideal though not a necessity; a connected speaker would also work for groups. If listening in a group, try to place the speaker near to everyone's heads. I would kindly suggest using the following as required: a comfortable mat, pillow, warm blanket, eye pillow. I would also kindly suggest that you wear warm layers as the body can feel colder than normal when we are still. Most of all, enjoy this time that you are honouring yourself with.
