A structured, immersive gong and sound bath designed to mirror the body’s own shift from activity to restoration. A Dusk Gong & Sound Bath with Symphonic Gongs, Bowls and Chimes, titled in tribute to a favourite track by Level 42 and our Island’s musical roots.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.
