Join Mark (British Wheel of Yoga) & Mel (Qualified Sound Therapist) in the beautiful setting of the Ventnor Botanic Gardens.
You'll experience a wonderful Yoga practice followed by a nourishing Sound Bath with Symphonic Gong, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, & Chimes, closing with a gentle meditation.
