SPRING GRATITUDE SOUND BATH - VENTNOR

The March Spring Equinox will have taken place at the beginning of this week and I'm excited to be offering this Sound Bath at the beautiful Ventnor Botanic Gardens, in my home town of Ventnor.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.
