Welcome in Clarity, Arrival & Renewal through Supportive Yoga and gentle, immersive Sound. Creating space for new beginnings as we approach the equinox. Join Mark (British Wheel of Yoga) & Mel in the beautiful setting of the Ventnor Botanic Gardens.
You'll experience a wonderful Yoga practice followed by a nourishing Sound Bath with Symphonic Gong, Crystal Bowls, Singing Bowls, & Chimes, closing with a gentle meditation.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.
