Sound Therapy enables me to connect with clients and deliver therapeutic healing through a practice that I love.
I combine a structured therapeutic approach with empathy and connection.
During this taster session, following a short consultation, I will be using a curated selection of Singing Bowls on the back, and around the body to create a ‘Sound Massage’. Using vibration and Sound, the body and mind can re-ignite and connect to its own power in order to facilitate its own recovery. It can also be a deeply relaxing experience!
I’m based in Ventnor, on the beautiful Isle of Wight, and I offer in-person 121 Sessions and Private and Public Sound Baths on the Island. I also facilitate Sound workshops for Groups, Retreats and Individuals. I’m fully qualified and insured.

Please note this treatment is not suitable for those suffering with any form of seizures or during pregnancy.
