What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience using carefully selected sounds and frequencies to encourage deep relaxation and support the body's natural restorative processes.

You'll be invited to lie down (or sit if preferred) and simply listen as a carefully curated collection of Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Drum, Chimes, Percussion and Voice create an evolving soundscape around you.
