Inspired by the season of harvest, this Gong & Sound Bath has been designed to reflect a time of growth, gathering and completion. Experience Symphonic Gongs Bowls & Chimes in this increidble Theatre space at Quay Arts.

What is a Sound Bath?

A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience using carefully selected sounds and frequencies to encourage deep relaxation and support the body's natural restorative processes.

You'll be invited to lie down (or sit if preferred) and simply listen as a carefully curated collection of Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Gongs, Drum, Chimes, Percussion and Voice create an evolving soundscape around you.

The sounds encourage brainwave activity to shift from the normal waking Beta state towards the slower Alpha, Theta and, for some, Delta states associated with relaxation, dreaming and deep rest.
