About the Event

Join me for a Heart-centred Evening Gong & Sound Bath, to reconnect with calm, compassion, and the gentle wisdom of your own heart. Let the waves of Sound wash over you—restoring, uplifting, and guiding you back to your centre with an immersive Sound Journey of Gongs, Bowls & Chimes.

You'll experience the nourishing power of GONGS, SINGING BOWLS, CRYSTAL BOWLS, & CHIMES to deeply relax.

WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?

A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.

Participants are invited to lie down in a comfortable position, with blankets and supporting props (mats, pillows, bolsters, eye masks etc). A seated position also works. After a few minutes of guided relaxation, the remainder of the experience is filled with different sounds and frequencies…
