'Great Expectations' Afternoon Sound Bath – Charles Dickens Day
Join me in Gurnard, Isle of Wight for a calming sound bath in honour of Charles Dickens Day. Marking the birthday of one of Britain’s greatest writers, this session offers a peaceful space to pause and reset during early February. With gentle inspiration drawn from Dickens’ reflections on humanity and resilience, you’ll experience a restorative blend of Gongs, Bowls and Chimes designed to support balance, rest and quiet clarity.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A Sound Bath - or Sound Journey - is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience that intentionally uses Sound Waves to invite gentle yet powerful therapeutic and restorative processes to rebalance your body and mind.
