Join Dani (Firebird Release) and Mel (Echo Me Sound Therapy) in the beautiful surroundings of Ventnor Botanic Gardens for a deeply supportive session combining movement, breath, and sound.

This collaborative experience blends Dani’s floor-based Release practice - a thoughtful mix of mindfulness, meditation, music and gentle movement - with Mel’s immersive Sound work, designed to support nervous system regulation and deep rest.

You’ll be guided through practices that help you let go of physical and emotional tension, with simple, practical tools you can take into everyday life.
