Cancellation Policy

T&Cs: By Paying for and booking a session, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions: Appointments booked for a particular session are not transferable and are for the person or persons named at the time of the booking. They cannot be transferred to a third party without prior agreement. It is your responsibility to attend the session paid for. Please note the Cancellation Policy of 48 hours’ notice. All late cancellations are automatically charged at 50%. If you are unwell or cannot make a particular session that you have booked onto for any reason, please let me know as soon as possible so that I can give the space to someone else. Thank you for understanding. Upon booking, an email will be sent to you detailing any exceptions for therapeutic practice and a short questionnaire to complete. It will also advise on item that you will need to bring with you to the session. Please complete the questionnaire provided before any appointment detailing any injuries, operations, if you are pregnant or have any medical conditions so that they can give appropriate modifications. If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please check with your doctor or medical professional before attending any Sound Therapy Practice sessions. Echo Me Sound Therapy does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods whilst on our premises. Please ensure that the sessions which you book are suitable and check with the session description for any particular practice before booking.
